Synergetics is looking for a fall intern with a love for marketing and process creation to enhance our execution around candidate and in-bound sales management. This is a critical thinking role with ability to gain rapid exposure to organizational functions and decision makers. There is a heavy process component to the role that allows for vertical growth and robust experience. This job is a remote position with occasional on-site meetings in and around Denver, CO.


  • Assist Synergetics Executive Management team in strategic development of marketing initiatives, and implement special projects as assigned.

  • Assist in design, creation and management of a customer centric intake process for candidate screening and hiring.

  • Campaign design - Writing, editing, and advanced content management across customer segments including persona development and research to tailor direct to buyer segments.

  • Support the sales effort by assisting in online and social media marketing functions, website development, Google AdWords strategies, content development, prospect list management, email marketing coordination and other marketing activities.

  • Conduct research on effective methods to further develop the brand identity including new websites and design methodology.

  • Document department procedures and policies and create training materials for repetitive tasks on an ongoing basis and as requested.

  • Includes creative ideation, program planning, coordinating with client/internal teams and execution

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Knowledge of marketing and applying direct response principles and methodologies.

  • Analytical skills - ability to forecast for campaigns in terms of what volume we could expect to see based on benchmarks, establish testing plans to optimize learnings from campaigns, and design metrics and analytic tools to enable retrospective performance assessments and continuous campaign progression.

  • Desire for experience working in a marketing automation platform (Hubspot or equivalent tools)

  • Ability to research and capture direct marketing best practices and procedures

  • Knowledge of Google AdWords and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Knowledge of website development, landing page optimization, and best practices

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and creative suites

  • Excellent written and English grammar skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet fast moving deadlines

  • Ability juggle multiple priorities

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrable leadership and critical thinking application

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
